Accessibility Statement
Auto Care Mobile Fleet Solutions is committed to making autocaremobilefleet.ca usable by as many people as possible, and to serving every client in an accessible way — in the spirit of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).
Last updated: 4 August 2026
We believe well-kept, ready-to-go fleet vehicles should be within reach of every small business. That belief extends to our website and to the way we schedule and deliver service visits.
Our commitment
Auto Care Mobile Fleet is committed to providing a website and service experience that respect the dignity and independence of clients and staff with disabilities. We aim to give every client the same opportunity to access our services, in a similar way, as everyone else. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing effort rather than a one-time task, and we review it as the site and our services change.
Conformance target
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, the internationally recognised standard referenced by Ontario’s accessibility regulations. WCAG explains how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive and neurological disabilities.
What we’ve done so far
Accessibility considerations built into this website include:
- Semantic HTML with a logical heading structure and clearly labelled navigation and page regions.
- A “Skip to content” link so keyboard and screen-reader users can bypass the header.
- Full keyboard operability, with a clearly visible focus outline on links, buttons and form fields.
- Text and interface colours chosen to provide strong contrast against their backgrounds.
- Descriptive
alttext on meaningful images and diagrams, and decorative images marked so assistive technology can ignore them. - Form fields with associated labels, and status messages announced to assistive technology.
- A responsive layout that reflows for small screens and supports text resizing and zoom without loss of content.
- Respect for the “reduce motion” setting, so animations are minimised for people who prefer that.
- Content that does not rely on colour alone to convey meaning.
Accessible service visits
Our commitment is not limited to the website. If you have an accessibility need around how we schedule or carry out an on-site visit — communication preferences, lot access, or how a report is delivered — let us know when you book an assessment so we can make reasonable arrangements. Our goal is a service that works for every client who books it.
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. We are aware that accessibility is a moving target and that issues can arise as content is added or as assistive technologies evolve. If you find a barrier that is not listed here, please tell us — your feedback helps us prioritise fixes.
